BCA has been set up with sound fundamentals to serve the society. The dedicated services of the College to the community for more than a decade has nurtured numerous IT professionals. The College has started in the year 2001 to meet growing demand of industries for personnel specialized in the fields of computers and its applications. The college has made a respectable recognition among the Institutes offering similar course. A glance through the alumnus indicates that, most of them are either well placed in the reputed firms or in reputed Institutions in India as well as abroad. The specialty of this college is that, most of the faculties are master degree holders from reputed Institutes with good teaching experience. Some of them have served in the reputed companies, which gives a broader and realistic perspective in teaching-learning process.  Students carry out their VI Semester projects in reputed IT Industries.
The College Library provides students with access to a vast repository of resources, including books and periodicals. In addition to this, faculty members dynamically upload all their lecture and question banks on the college website. The college Library has reputed journals and periodicals in computer science as well in the area of computer applications.
Miss. M.Radha and Miss.Shruti Patil have made our college proud by securing second rank and fouth rank to Rani Chanamma University with 88% in the year 2013 and 91.03 % in the year 2014 respectively.They were felicitated by Hon. Dr Prabhakar B.Kore ,Chairman KLE Society, Belagavi.
Our students have an outstanding talent and ability, which is manifested in their achievements at all levels. Several of our students have won prizes and appreciation in Technical Paper Contest, Skill Tests, Sports held at other colleges.
